Katrina McPhail

For Katrina, school was a tough time. As well as struggling with dyslexia, she felt that a lot of her studies were irrelevant and she didn't know what to do with her life. However, as part of a course at a local college she tried some trades and discovered mechanical engineering. She really enjoys the practical side and getting to problem solve and rather than let her problems affect life decisions, Katrina's learned how to do things her own way.
